The electric heat mat is designed for easy installation under tile, stone, hardwood, vinyl and laminate floors, and consists of a series of electrical heating cables embedded in a flexible mesh. When connected to a power source, it generates heat that radiates through the floor, providing consistent and energy-efficient warmth. The heating mat comes with 25 year product and labor warranty. The Touchscreen Programmable Thermostat provides advanced control for your electric floor heating system. Featuring a 3.5” color touchscreen and a 7-day programmable schedule, it also includes energy usage monitoring to help you stay efficient. Supporting both 120V and 240V installations, it comes equipped with built-in GFCI protection and is backed by a 3-year warranty. The floor sensor offers precise temperature readings to prevent overheating and ensure optimal comfort. This kit includes two sensors: a primary and a backup.
